  1. Registration 
    As soon as a course consists of several seminars, the registration applies to all the seminars of the course concerned (you only apply for the first seminar, invitations to the remaining seminars will automatically follow). You can not register for a single seminar (no cross-boarding). The participant can always cancel this training for free. Regarding the preparation course: you can only register for one module per seminar weekend. 

    Concerning dissection seminars: there are more modules; not all modules need to be done (see also regulations concerning group 1 & 2). During one seminar weekend you can only register for 1 module.

    Regarding the dissection course: pregnant people can NOT register. It is not authorized by the faculty.

  2. Cancellation of the participation 
    The cancellation of the participation must be communicated at least 14 days before the beginning of the course. After this period, reimbursement of course fees is not possible.

    Concerning dissection seminar: the cancellation must be communicated at least 6 weeks before the start of the course and reimbursement of the course is only possible if the participation effectively is assigned to another participant.

  3. Payment 
    Payment is made by bank transfer. The amount must be transferred to the account after the payment invitation. 


  4. Exchange of courses 
    Students are not allowed to exchange their site with third parties without the permission of the course administrator. 


  5. Confirmation of registration 
    Registration for a seminar can be considered confirmed if:  
       1) the registration is confirmed by the course organization.
       2) the payment of the course fee is completed.  
  6. Own risks 
    Course participants remain at their own risk in the classrooms. During both demonstrations and exercises, students act at their own risk. The lecturer and / or the course director and / or Morphologicum/In Forma Humana Est vzw can not be held responsible for any damage suffered.
